At Hope Seed our weight management program is a wholistic approach that focuses on obtaining balance through the My Plate Method in combination with exercise rest and adequate water. We aim to lower your caloric intake not through counting calories, but by teaching you how to choose the right carbs, restricting your refined carbs, moderately increasing your protein intake, choosing the best fats and how to balance all three major food groups. Choosing the right foods is essential to keeping you full, which will sustain you as you remain physically active. The aim of our program is to keep you feeling happy, healthy, stress free and nutritionally satisfied as you exercise, drink water, rest and live a happy balanced life.
