“With God, ALL things are possible.”

Matthew 19:26

As a Christian Mental Health Counselor, my guiding principles and foundation for healing are summarized above. God does not desire us to be living/surviving in constant anxiety, depression, fear, instability, and chaos.

My life experiences, education, and professional training have prepared me to help others successfully navigate sudden life crises, ongoing stressors, and trauma from challenging and abusive childhood/adult histories.

If you or your loved ones are struggling with addictions, also known as “strongholds,” broken relationships, job loss, financial turmoil, grief, panic attacks, PTSD, or debilitating anxiety and depression, I would be honored to work with you. Together with God as our guide, we can start with “doable” steps to problem-solve, productively go forward, and heal. I have been blessed to work with marriages and families that seemed hopeless to reconcile, yet through Biblical principles and faith. We were reconciled. Individuals who cannot break free of addiction or see their way out of a seemingly impossible crisis figure out moral and legal solutions to ease their burdens.

I look forward to hearing from you and discussing a therapeutic action plan.

Respectfully,

Cean Hollis-Smith, MA, MAC, CCTP
